Toast of the Town 2012 had a great turn out and our Crudo of Mackerel w/ Lime Pickle and Beefsteak Tomato Dressing got as many accolades for its aesthetic structure as it did for its distinctive flavor!
We went to Choice Eats offering cured Arctic Char with Charred Charentais melon and crispy Serrano ham, and Maine Diver scallop shooters with clear tomato broth, shaved scallions and toasted mustard seeds. After pushing out 950 servings in 1.5 hours I’d say we were a hit!

The Gascogne menu at our 3rd monthly regional event got rave reviews and everything was just as delicious as it looked!
We now have Happy Hour Monday – Friday from 4pm to 7pm. $5 beer and wines, $7 cocktails and some savory bar snacks are the best way to end a day and start an evening!
